The Trace DR1512 Modified Sine Wave Inverter offers 1500 continuous with 12 VDC input. It has a surge rating of 3300 watts and has a 70 amp charger and 30 amp AC transfer relay. By converting 12-volt power to clean AC, the DR1512 can run most common tools and appliances, including microwaves, refrigerators, hand tools, televisions and computers. Built-in, automatic, three-stage battery-charging system (bulk, absorption, and float). LED status indicators show charge mode, high or low battery voltage, and over temperature or over load. Maximum charge rate is 70 amps.
A battery temperature sensor (BTS) ensures more precise battery charging. With a wall-mountable remote control panel (RC8) the inverter can be controlled from a convenient location. And a conduit box (DRCB) covers DC input wires.
